At Mumsymels, we want you to love your products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn sandals within 30 days of delivery.

  • Sandals must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.​

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, colour, or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.​

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.​

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sandals arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at support@mumsymels.com with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance, custom, or personalised sandals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.​

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@mumsymels.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship your sandals back, and we’ll process your refund or exchange once received.
