Returns

You may return unworn sandals within 30 days of delivery.

Sandals must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/packaging intact).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.​

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour, or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.​

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.​

Damaged or Defective Items
If your sandals arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at support@mumsymels.com with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Clearance, custom, or personalised sandals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.​
